# Caseload overview

Your Caseload contains all the clients who currently have a connection with you. 

Click on **Caseload** in the top menu:

### Requires attention

Clients with whom there has been no (digital) contact for a longer period of time are marked

### Therapists overview

All therapists with whom the client has a connection are displayed

### Break connection

Connection with a client can be terminated (note: this cannot be undone)  
Click: 'Break connection'  
Only break a connection when all administration for this client has been completed

### Client connection requests

Go to Caseload > Connection requests to find requests from new clients. Accept or reject requests, and invite new clients with the QR code.
