# Check-In ✔️

The client can use the Check-in to provide an overview of their Mood, Emotions and Reasons and add a note

### What does the client see?

The client can easily click on and select options:

-   **Mood:**  11-point Smiley Slider 
-   **Emotions:**    Grateful, Energised, Confident, Relaxed, Satisfied, Relieved, Determined, Excited, Inspired, Focused, Empty, Tired, Surprised, Angry, Sad, Ashamed, Guilty, Tense, Insecure, Disappointed, Confused, Disgusted, Jealous
-   **Reasons:**    Family/relationship, Friends, Intimacy/sex, Work/studies, Weather, Sleep, Exercise, Food, Self-care, Health, Screen-time/gaming, Fresh air, Music, News, Travel, Hobbies, Pets, Other.
-   **Note:**    The client has the option to write a note

### Create to-do 

Give the client a to-do, to fill in the Check-in.

-   Select 'Exercises' in the toolbar on the client's personal page
-   Select 'Check-in'
-   Select 'Create a to-do'
-   Choose an end date, push notification yes/no, repetition

### View Check-in registrations:

On the Data page and the Dashboard, you can see the new Check-ins of your client.

Click on the Check-in to view details.
