# Contact with colleagues

You can chat with, send files to and call with colleagues that have a NiceDay account  
Also, you can call with a group of colleagues 

## 🧑‍🤝‍🧑Contact 1-1 with a colleague

  
Find therapists that work within your organisation, by switching from the client-tab to the therapist-tab on the left side of the screen

In the chatbox, you can chat with, send files to, or call with this colleague  
  
You can view the QR code of this colleague, in case one of your clients needs it

## 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Contact with a group of colleagues 

When you call a colleague, you may choose the option to 'Call with colleagues (MDO)   
This allows you to call with 11 colleagues in total, for example to discuss your caseloads
