# Dashboard

The dashboard shows you the **Recent registrations** of your clients   
   
✔️ The period over which the registrations are displayed depends on the set period. By default, the dashboard shows the past 24 hours, but the drop-down selection allows for 48 or 72 hours, the past week, or month as well.

## Registrations

**Recent registrations**: Registrations made, exercises filled in or tracker registrations made, everything shows in the dashboard

\- Click on the registration to see details 

\- Click on the client's name or avatar to go to that client's Data tab
