# EMDR - Chat message after

### Chat Message: One day after an EMDR session

💡 *You can send this chat message to the client one day after an EMDR session. Copy and paste it into the chat window - and add further information.*

Yesterday, we had our \[...\] EMDR session.
You managed to reduce the intensity from a \[...\] to a \[...\].
Once again, congratulations on how well you handled it yesterday. I'm sending you a message now to check how the EMDR has been affecting you. Can you tell me more about it?
How did you sleep? Have you noticed any physical and/or mental changes? Did you reach out to someone close for support?
