# Enrol new client

To safeguard privacy the of clients, therapists are not able to send connection requests to clients, **clients need to send a connection request to their therapist.**

You may: 

-   📤 Send the client a QR code 
-   🔎 Communicate the name of the therapist with the client

## 📤 Send client QR code 

  
You can open, print and download your QR code and send or show it to the client.

### QR code of colleagues

QR codes of other therapists can be found in the therapist's profile page.   
Click on the therapist's name and click: 'Show QR code'.

### What the client sees when using a QR code

The client can scan the QR code:

-   When downloading the NiceDay-App on the home screen
-   Or: in the Contacts-Tab of the NiceDay-App

## 🔎 Client finds therapist through Search 

Communicate the first and last name of the therapist with the client.  
The client can search for the therapist and send a connection request.

### What the client sees

The client can search for a therapist in 2 ways:

-   **If the client is installing the NiceDay app**, they choose: 'I want to log in myself' and select 'I am starting treatment' in the menu. Then the client searches for the therapist.
-   **If the client already installed the NiceDay app some time ago**, they click on 'Contacts', then  '+ Add', and they search for the therapist name.
