# Plan session

In the toolbar, you will find the icon to schedule a session  
When a session is planned in NiceDay, the client will see it in the NiceDay app and in their email

### Where will the session take place? 

Indicate where the appointment will take place: 

**NiceDay**: NiceDay videocall

**Microsoft Teams**:  

-   Open Microsoft Teams and create a meeting
-   **Invite members who do not have a NiceDay account** to the Teams meeting
-   Add the Teams meet link in the session planner 
-   The client receives this link in the app

**Location**: add the address of the location

**Phone**: add a phone number

### OMQ/SMQ 📈

**OMQ:**  The client receives a to-do to fill in the **Outcome Measure Questionnaire (OMQ)**  
 The OMQ provides insight into your client's **progress** and **wellbeing**

**SMQ:** The client receives a to-do to fill in the **Session Measure Questionnaire (SMQ)**  
The SMQ provides insight into how your client is experiencing the **therapeutic relationship**

### Client notifications 🔔

To remind the client a session will take place, you can enable a push notification for the client  
You decide how many hours (max. 24 hours) before a session the client will receive this notification  
  
In the NiceDay app on the home screen, the client will see when the next session will take place

### Schedule sessions through the calendar 📆

When your [calendar(s) are synchronized](https://niceday.productfruits.help/en/article/calendar-synchronization), you can also plan a new session though the Calendar page
