# Read registrations 🗒️

### Intervention page: All registrations 

All registrations can be found per tool on the **Intervention page**  
For example, view all Diaries written by the client  
 

### Data page: Recent registrations & graphs 📉 

Clients can do exercises, tasks, track certain behaviours, events, feelings or symptoms and make notes in a diary.  
All these client registrations can be seen on the **Data page**   
Details of a registration can be seen by clicking on the registration.
