With the different options we offer, you can define the flow your organisation or practice needs to invite clients. 

Defining First point of contact for clients

You may define the first point of online-contact for your clients, for example:

  • Organisations first let the client connect with their frontdesk. The frontdesk will then assign the client to the right therapist when a spot comes available.
  • Organisations first let the client connect with their intake department. After the client had a first conversation and sometimes some questionnaires, the client is assigned to the therapist.
  • Organisations let the client directly connect with the therapist.

The client has to perform an action to send a connection request.
Sharing the right account to where the client can connect to, can happen through either a QR code or Sharing the name:

Invite clients with a QR code 

QR codes of the Front office, Intake or Therapist can be shared with a client digitally (mail, Whatsapp etc.) or in person (e.g. the client can scan a printed QR code)
