πŸ“© Time registrations can be exported manually and automatically


✍️ Manual time tracking

  • Enter start and end time of the activity
  • Select type of activity (e.g. session or intake)
  • Select client
  • Click 'Save entry'. Registration appears in the list view and calendar view at the bottom of the page 


πŸ€– Automated time tracking 

  • Turn ON the toggle for Automated Time Tracking 
  • Duration of calls and chat contact with clients in NiceDay is automatically tracked

πŸ‘€ Overview of the time entries 

Time entries that you have entered yourself, or registered automatically, are displayed in a list and calendar

  • You can edit registrations ✏️ 
  • You can delete registrations πŸ—‘οΈ

 


βœ”οΈ Confirming time entries 

Confirm your time entries per day: 

  • Check if entries are correct
  • Click 'Submit my day entry' at top right of the screen 
  • You see an overview of all registrations
  • Click 'Submit my day entry' 
  • Submitted entries will now appear as light grey in the list view 
  • If, after confirming your day, you want to add another entry on this day: confirm entry again using the steps above

 


✏️ Adjusting confirmed time entries 

Confirmed times can be modified

  • You can see that a registration has been confirmed by you, because the column of this registration has turned grey and has a green checkmark βœ…
  • Change this registration: use ✏️ and πŸ’Ύ
  • Once you changed a registration, confirm the unconfirmed registrations of that day again

Time registrations can be exported and imported manually. 
Your organisation can also make use of the integration with Care2Declare.

To export your time registrations, click on the export button in the Administration page:

Something going wrong with the time entries?

Involved therapists have been added to treatment 

Therapists who want to track time for a client must have been added as the client's therapist. 

  • Profile page (Client β†’ Profile) 
  • Under 'Connections;, click β€˜+ Connect’. 
  • Add (supervising) therapists to the treatment
