Can I have group calls with colleagues?

When you call a colleague, you can chose between "Call with colleague" for calling one colleague, 
and "Call with colleagues (MDO)" to call with a maximum of 11 therapists.
Click on the plus sign (+) at the top right corner of the video call screen, to add other therapists.

Can I show a video, while sharing my screen with a client?

You can share videos playing in your browser or in a media player. 

πŸ’‘ The viewing experience may not be optimal, the video may have some delay and display visual artifacts 

πŸ’‘ By default, the sound of a video is not shared when sharing the video. The viewer will not be able to hear the audio.


Can my client continue to use the app when the treatment is finished?

Your client can continue to use the app independently; chat history, meeting notes and registrations stay visible for the client.


How can I adjust my profile picture?

Click on the arrow in the top right corner, next to your name, and click on "My profile". 
If you click on the grey image (the placeholder of your profile picture) you can upload a photo from your computer

My client wants to delete account/data, what can I do?

- Your client can send NiceDay an email at team@niceday.app with the request to delete the account. 
- The client can go to the "Settings" tab in the app, and click on "Request account deletion"

Can I use the NiceDay Portal as a therapist on a tablet or mobile phone?

It is possible to use the NiceDay portal as a professional on an iPad in the Safari browser.

πŸ’‘ NiceDay portal is not tested on other tablets or mobile phones: we can not guarantee that all the functionalities will work as expected.

πŸ’‘ The NiceDay App is only designed to be used by clients, and can not be used as a therapist.  


Can my client use the NiceDay Portal?

Clients can use the NiceDay Portal only for (video) calling and chatting. 
All other functionalities, such as making registrations, can be done via the app. 
Clients can log in via the web.niceday.app website
 


I do not want my date of birth to be visible to clients, what to do?

Your date of birth is never visible to clients. This is only visible to yourself
 


What happens to chat messages when me and a client disconnect?

If the connection between you and the client is broken, your chat history will no longer be visible to you as a therapist.
The client keeps having access the chat history, they can read it by going to the "Contacts" tab β†’ Archive.
