Depression Treatment plan

Hi [...], your request for help is [...].

The treatment will be structured as follows:
The goal of therapy is [...]. The first part of the treatment will focus on reactivation and symptom reduction, while the second part will involve Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

The process will be organized in the following manner:

- We will start with reactivation to break the cycle of passivity and increase a sense of fulfillment. The goal is to break the aforementioned behavioral cycle. Additionally, we will explore adopting a healthy lifestyle.

- We will also examine the function of specific behaviors. For example, why you might engage in excessive worrying, social isolation, or passivity, and what makes it challenging to break free from these patterns.

- Furthermore, we will address negative thoughts. For instance, during moments of worry, conflicts, at the start of the day when feeling fatigued, or in situations triggering feelings of inadequacy. To cope with these thoughts, we will practice Cognitive Therapy.
