Chat and (Video)call

Chat πŸ’¬

On the personal page of a client or colleague, a pop-up window opens on the right-hand side: the chat box.
You can send 1-on-1 chat messages to clients or colleagues.

Send a message

  • Click on the 'Enter a message' tab
  • Enter text, send with 'Enter' or click the arrow icon on the right side

A message gets the status 'Sent' and the client receives a notification of your message.
As soon as the message is opened, the status 'Read' changes to 'Opened' on  DD/MM/YYYY.
A sent message can not be deleted.

Icons in the chat box:

  • πŸ“Ž Upload Files* from your computer and attach them to a message.
  • πŸ“– Search for psychoeducation or blog articles in the NiceDay library and add the link to a message.

* Only formats: .JPG, .PNG, .PDF

Receiving messages

Clients can send chat messages, share files and photos via the NiceDay App.
You will see a notification of a chat message in your client list in the Left Menu.

Status 'Read'

The status changes to 'Read' as soon as you click, scroll or type a message in the chat box.
