Interoceptive exposure exercises

  1. Hyperventilate (90 seconds)
  2. Shake your head side to side (30 seconds)
  3. Bend your head between your knees (30 seconds) and come back up
  4. Run in place (90 seconds)
  5. Hold your breath (30 seconds or longer)
  6. Do a slanted push-up against the wall (60 seconds)
  7. Spin around in a desk chair or standing (60 seconds)
  8. Stare at a white wall from 15 cm away (90 seconds)
  9. Breathe through a straw (90 seconds)
