Interoceptive exposure exercises
- Hyperventilate (90 seconds)
- Shake your head side to side (30 seconds)
- Bend your head between your knees (30 seconds) and come back up
- Run in place (90 seconds)
- Hold your breath (30 seconds or longer)
- Do a slanted push-up against the wall (60 seconds)
- Spin around in a desk chair or standing (60 seconds)
- Stare at a white wall from 15 cm away (90 seconds)
- Breathe through a straw (90 seconds)
