ADHD A-B-C Exercise

 

In the A-B-C exercise, you create a task list and score each task.
Be careful not to include too many tasks in the A category.

A: What are the absolutely crucial tasks you want to complete today?

B: What are the less important tasks that you want to have done in the longer term?

C: What are the least important tasks that are appealing and easy, but have lower priority than the A and B tasks?
